Friendly people work here and try to help as much as possible. For unemployment help there is a direct line to ESD services

Hi I got a question did you move from Bremerton on the Eastside to Silverdale ? I was just wondering because I used to go in the Worksource in Bremerton across from Habitat For Humanity Of Kitsap County I work for Sprouts Farmers Market in Silverdale as a Curtesy Clerk and saw that there was a Worksource in Silverdale

Keep trying to call, and they never answer. Every single message starts with "if you are calling about unemployment insurance, hang up and call....". Every.Single.Message. Of course, after several months, I've never had the phone answered. Not one time, and I've never (not once) had a phone call returned. Why have a telephone if you won't answer or return calls? Disconnect it-you don't use it to accept any incoming calls from customers/clients anyways. I would absolutely rate the service here an epic FAIL based on the complete lack of telephone etiquette. Just be polite, answer the damn thing.

Let me begin, when you get an actual human to talk to they are great. The communication and automated system is been very difficult navigate. I am currently on hold for 1.35 minutes to hopefully talk to a person that can help me. The Work source has good customer service as well but getting a human there is difficult, unless you go in person and even still not sure your issues can be fixed because they are not Unemployment. I feel for those that don't have a significant other, If I were a single parent this would be unbearable.

Is this closing due to Covid, and when will it open?
Appointments are encouraged if you are coming in to meet one-on-one with a specialist. This can be achieved by calling 360-337-4810. Also please ensure you are registered at www.WorkSourceWA.com and if you have a current resume bring this in with you. If you are attending a workshop nothing required, but registration on WorkSource and then bring pen and paper to take notes. Most classes provide handouts.
We are closed December 25th and January 1st. Regular operating hours Monday -Thursdays 8-5 and Fridays 9-5
