Was fairly busy when I went out, food came quick, the appetizers were tasty. I had the country fried steak, the flavor of the steak and the gravy is pretty mild, but still quite nice, as well as crispy. Service was quick and nice.

My family of 5 came in on a Friday night about 10pm. This location was quite busy when we arrived and so it took just a bit, maybe 4-5 minutes, to be seated. The server who sat us was very kind and pleasant. She asked if we were okay to sit at a booth with a chair on the end as they were trying to close the back room. We didn’t mind at all as we were just hungry. Our service time was pretty much on point with the understanding that they were in the middle of a rush and clearly understaffed as the manager was in the kitchen cooking. We order and our dinner came out promptly, the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is my prime rib I ordered for my salad came out burnt and the incorrect portion. I showed our server and she went straight to the window and asked for a new order of prime rib and the second order was perfect. I saw they had numerous flyers for kitchen job postings. I hope they’re able to fill those spots soon!

Food was decent, customer service is non existent. When I arrived, it took the hostess 10 minutes to come to the front. When we were seated, the floor around our table was littered with trash and looked like pieces of hamburger bun. The waitress took a long time to come around at all. When she brought our drinks, she just left. After we had finished our drinks (having not seen our waitress since we placed our order. We waited another 10 minutes before we got our food. The waitress didn't even ask if we needed more to drink, and acted upset when I asked for a refill. Again, decent food, but don't expect anything like customer service. Probably should've just went fast food.

Out of everything we wanted, my 2 year old and I went in for my birthday. No notice as to being out of anything, when we finally ordered after trying 3 times and being told they were out if that product. My order was missing the protein completely, my son's eggs were way undercooked for a child, his bacon was mostly fat and was cold like it had been cooked earlier and thrown on his plate.
