Since when do you have to prove that you don't have full coverage on my insurance. To get a rental car, when it was his fault, state farm insurance will Not pay for my car rental 🤬😡😠🤯

Trying to rent a truck took half an hour to get to someone to tell me they don’t have any and hung up while I was trying to ask if they can get one. I’ve rented from this branch on several occasions and had great service but I’ve been checking and trying to rent a truck for a month with no luck. It will no longer be a thought when I need to rent again!

Upon arrival, the only agent was checking someone else out and told us to wait outside in the snowing 9 degree weather. I asked if we could go inside and wait, his response was No, why couldn't my girlfriend and I couldn't wait inside during this pandemic?? He didn't even give us a reason simply No! Smh!! When the agent called and confirmed this reservation 2 days prior. I asked about xm radio and he told me it was available on the rentals. He didn't mention it was $5.99 per day so when my bill came out to $50 more for a 4 day rental, on top of the original price I was then told about the charge. So picking up the car was horrible customer service and being from LA, I will recommend to all my visitoring friends and family never to rent from Enterprise. And belive me returning the vehicle was just as bad if not worse. I promise you! Enterprise overall was has been a horrible experience and advice you to never rent from Enterprise again!!! P.S. I called the corporate office twice at noon and was told threregional manager would contact me today each time. NOTHING!!

I had a rental set up with my car insurance company and it went smoothly from beginning to end. They got me into a van that I needed for my family (a VERY NICE VAN, TOO!) within 2 days of hearing from my car insurance company. The pick up was super easy and quick. Once my insurance was done paying for my rental, they were gracious enough to allow us to extend our rental and pay out of pocket the price the insurance company was paying for it. That was so awesome of them! A+ Customer Service! Drop off was easy to do - key drop box outside was used. Refund of last day only took a couple of days once agreement was closed out. We will DEFINITELY be using Enterprise for any of our car rental needs. Thank you all so much for the help!

Yes they do. But it can be pricey.
Enterprise does have large trucks I have a small pickup I used Enterprise when I hit a deer my front end got crushed but I'm okay now
