I gave a 4 star because of efforts the owner is making. The hotel is under going renovations, it's far from being finished, and the hot tub we were so looking forward to using isn't open yet. After the owner saw are disappointment, he upgraded our room to a suite that had been renovated. After spending 8 hours on our motorcycles, being able to relax in a "living room" was a pleasure. When everything is done, this place will be amazing!

Be Scared

if i could i would leave it a 0 star, front lady when i went was super nice around 2pm but there was some workers that looked high out of their minds, not great definitely not great around family. The room we had was horrible, no towels everything was just not good. The pool was nice but no breakfast. Just be aware of the guy with face sores bc he’s clearly out of his mind….. also one of the front desk workers she couldn’t even open her eyes to talk to me… 0/5

My family and I stayed here for a show and the room was filthy and the toilet leaked we told the front desk and they sent someone up and they ended up changing the toilet out while we were eating dinner. After we left and went home 2hours away I noticed I left my favorite hoodie there.I called and asked if they would mail it to me , they said they would. Well they did not I called multiple times and they continued to lie to me about it. If you weren't going to send it then why tell me. So rude and disrespectful. The last lady stated that she would have the manager or owner call me noone called me.Surprise!! Not really. The place is going through renovations but its not safe for customers to stay there during. Go somewhere else. Its gross !

Awful... It's going through renovations and it needs it! The restrooms by the lobby are atrocious!!! There are vagrants and addicts hovering around in the lobby and outside the entrance. I asked the front desk if there was long term efficiency accomodations, because the junkies hanging around knew the names of the front desk people, bumming cigarettes from them. The two positives I can say is the pool area is beautiful and with a little TLC it will be back to it's former glory. The second is Shelly at the front desk. She's sweet, hard working conscientious and very personable. She is the bright spot in an otherwise black hole.
