Went there to get water softener. Staff very helpful with directions to that area. Got to check out and only self checkout available. Of course I had trouble and clerk had to do it anyway. Second time in a row that only forced self checkout has been available. Might be time to change to Try Value or Walmart where customer service is still available.

Stopped in to buy some supplies while traveling. Staff was very friendly and store was neat and organized. They had exactly what we needed!

If I could put a zero star review I would. For starters, I am young and purchasing my first washer and dryer for my house in Marietta. I get a call at 8:00 am the day of the delivery of my washer/dryer set saying that they haven’t had my dryer in stock since December 2021 to which I had paid for already. Mind you, I drove hours just to be at my house when this was delivered and I had to waste more time and go to Lowe’s personally, order ANOTHER dryer and then not get it until a day later at about 6:00 pm when I had a 4.5 hour drive home after moving all weekend. Needless to say, take the extra miles it takes to go to Home Depot and save yourself the trouble. Nobody was helpful in giving me info about anything and acted like I was the inconvenience since I was the one that ordered the dryer I had no clue was not in stock because the online order said otherwise. I ordered weeks in advance and they waited until the day of my delivery to make my life utterly miserable. NEVER GO HERE!!!

Shawn and Madison were absolutely wonderful! Please give them a raise or a gift card or something! They have great personalities and were very helpful as I am not able to lift anything being I am pregnant. Thank you so very much!
