This place is terrible. An appointment is required, but they are always booked to capacity. The three times myself, wife, or kids have had to go here we have been unable to get appointments (but they will offer for the next day). Defeats the purpose of being urgent care….how do you schedule needing urgent care for the future?

I got there 1.5 hours before they closed and they couldn’t see me cause they were booked and I didn’t have an appointment. Doesn’t sound like urgent care to me. I will never go out of my way to go there again.

I made an appointment for the following day. Check in was quick. Nurse was professional and polite. I Was seen by Dr. Dwyer immediately for an eye issue. Diagnosed me quickly and concisely. Called in my prescription immediately. Thank you. What else can you ask for?

Pros: -I have had to go here several times for myself and others. Every time they have treated us quickly and with compassion. -They accept walk-ins -They usually answer their phone promptly -They have an online registration -Clean Cons -While they have registration, they don't make appointments -Not as private as a doctor's office because there is a windowed door that leads to what I am guessing is a nursing station, and I know they can hear everything I say, because I can hear everything they're saying. Still more private than the emergency room.
