This has to be the worst BWW that come too. It’s usually always the same I never get good results with this location. I love BWW I eat it a lot and I only live 3 mins from the Norwood location that’s the only reason I come to this location. Something is always wrong and the staff is completely rude. They are always to busy talking to friends or other folks. They always have the attitude of no concern or care. It’s getting really ridiculous.

Ordered a kids meal online through Uber and it was completely missing part of the order! It was supposed chocolate milk but all they gave us was the wings. We also asked for forks and napkins and they didn’t give it to us and they never do even though we always ask for it. Luckily Uber refunded us.

I placed an order day before the super bowl online for 30 wings for pick up on 2-13-2022 at 4:30. I arrived on time for my order to be picked up. It took several employees to figure out my order they had already charged my card day before pick up. I didn't get my order till 5:15 and the order was not correct. If I didn't tell friends and family I would pick up the order I would have asked for a refund. The management didn't offer any gratitude toward trying to make it right. Nobody should have to wait 45 minutes for a pick up order that was placed day before. I felt they had more than enough time to be on time with my order or any other order that was placed ahead of time. I will not be going back to this location. I was not going to let this foul up mess up my day of watching the superbowl just learned not to choose this location for pick up for food.

Hadn’t been to, or ordered from this place in years due to general incompetency. Rest assured I decided to get back on the horse and without fail, my 10 boneless Parmesan garlic turned out to be 6 honey BBQ. Close! Laugh out loud funny operation.
