food took 45 minutes to come out for a large combo, then i got food poisoning. i don’t even go here but i wanted to try it again after not having it for so long. never coming back, not that y’all care 💀 but stop serving bad chicken tf

Make sure to have whoever takes your order repeat your order back to you and check your receipt and keep it, then check your order before you leave. They almost always mess my order up. I ALWAYS order voodoo fries and I'm always missing either the ranch or the cheese. Just placed and order and I know I ordered voodoo fries. I check my order before leaving and was given lemon pepper fries. The girl told me I did not order voodoo fries. So i asked for my fries to be replaced and that I would pay the difference. I was charged for a whole order of fries! When asked why she told me it was bc she couldn't just charge for the upgrade. I asked why I had to pay for her mistake and she really argued with me, telling me she knows what I ordered. Lemon pepper and voodoo do not sound the same! I'm in short t vine every Wednesday and order Wingstop at least every week. Unfortunately, I will not be returning after this. *Edit* I did not check my full order before leaving and of course I got the wrong wings 🤦🏾‍♀️ called to talk to manager and it was the girl who took my order. She said to check my order before leaving, (my mistake) and that I did in fact order bone in wings. I promise I did not and of course I wasn't given a receipt and so she told me there was nothing she could do and hung up on me. This place is unprofessional and I will not return at all. Even the music is inappropriate. I'm sure they would be glad not to have my business 🥴

Great food except I never got to eat any the past 3 times I got there. They say they close at 12 but are done taking orders at 11:20. I hope I get to try the food sometime soon!
