Came here at 11:20, 20 minutes after opening and all the tables were dirty, chairs had crumbs in them, bathroom was nasty, and they were only accepting online orders. We did not order food and just left. Everyone in the back was on their phones.

We used to love this place and once gave it 5 stars; Recently they have closed this location to all incoming online orders and they won’t answer their phone so the only way to order is to go in and wait which is not conventional with little ones. Not to mention their parking lot is tiny. I’m very disappointed as the food is usually very well done and tasty, but what good is that if you can’t order it anymore? You will occasionally be able to order online at random times but just as quickly as it comes, it goes. Disappointed. ):

This place is so freaking awful. The fries were severely undercooked, like biting into a raw potato. The tenders were subpar in size and temp. The lady at the counter clearly did not want to be there, earbuds in the whole time. Save yourself the trouble and go to another store.

Food was fine, but I literally stood in their restaurant along with 30 to 40 other ppl for about an hour and a half waiting for my order... it was absolutely RIDICULOUS! I'll never do that again!!
