Simple in & out trips give the best experience. Don't expect the employees to be very involved based off the solitary hetero men that makeup the majority of business. Nice/quick enough when I have needed a dressing room.

Ughh! Finally had a chance to get in there in the middle of a work day, and Door Was Locked Again! Same deal, 12 people standing at the counter, door locked. Early closing hours.makes it very difficult for This worker to get new boots. I have been by multiple times AFTER WORK to purchase new work boots but they close soon after work hours.

Whistle Workwear, Founded in Tacoma, Washington, in 1995, offers a variety of brands and items for workers. I've seen scrubs, outdoor workwear, rainwear, footwear, and various accessories, like gloves, hats, socks, belts, drink wear, coolers, etc. I'm positive they offer many more items, but those are a few items I happened to see when I was in the store briefly the other day with my hubby. I know that Whistle Workwear sells a few brands: Carhartt, Georgia Boot, Keen, Under Armour, Wolverine, Yeti, Merrell, Dickies, and many more. The store appeared clean, organized and what I saw, plenty of merchandise for the taking. I cannot say anything extraordinary about the store because I've never purchased anything from them. It was a very long time ago when my husband bought shoes there; I'm not even sure I was with him during that shopping adventure. I cannot say anything atrocious either because they offer many quality items for the working person, and their location is perfect. But what I can say that made me go, huh, was once we entered the store, we split up, not entirely in different directions but far enough from each other that we couldn't talk to each other without talking very loudly. So, I was in the store for several minutes and passed four employees in which none asked if I needed help; on the other hand, three employees asked my husband if he needed help or help to locate something. Then two more times in the back shoe area, and held a conversation with him. On the other hand, I was back in the shoe area already browsing when one of the employees finally asked if I needed help. So am I upset by this? No, not really; I'm more so a little disappointed that they would ignore me almost completely; the saving grace was at least one employee finally acknowledge me. Hence the four-star and not three. Perhaps I didn't look as though I needed help; I'll go with that ;) Nonetheless, it's another option to go for work attire variety and gear, indoor and out. Whistle Workwear's location is 2789 NW Randall Way, Silverdale, Washington. Within walking distance to the Kitsap Mall, Starbucks, and Silvercity. They share a large building and parking lot with Castle Megastore. Neighboring stores and restaurants are Jack in the Box, Skippers, Chase bank, and Hobby Town. Easy to find location. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great selection of scrubs for health care providers. Military discount of 10%. Frequent shopper punch card gives you free scrubs with $200 purchase.
