This is a great place to have an event. The only thing I did not like was the security guards were extremely rude and pushy. I was trying to use the restroom near an exit and had to explain to them that I needed to do so( it was the only one nearby where I was), and they got very cranky with me and said oh then go ahead I guess. They were yelling so loud about where to exit and it was so unprofessional. They need to take it down a bit and use some manners. Also the people that are helping you park are so rude and making comments the whole time. No point in that and so unprofessional and sloppy. Also post a sign near where you enter that you can not have a purse...don't wait till people are all the way up there in line.

Went for my granddaughter's high School graduation. Took my mother-in-law who is 93 and blind, with a bad knee with us. She had a walker and a disabled sticker for the car. The people in the parking lot were very polite and helpful sending us to the handicap parking. When we entered the facility the people there were extremely nice and went with us directing us to the handicap seating. It was a very pleasant experience for all of us. I commend the staff. I understood that there was another event 30 minutes after our event, people didn't seem rushed who were helping us, they stayed pleasant and polite and helpful even under time constraints. Kudos to the staff!

Yes you will need to go through a security check. Actually, you do anyway but purses, handbags, camera bags, etc. are separate line and takes longer. My wife takes what will fit into her pockets to avoid this.
There is a dance floor.
Yes
It is for now but I would be surprised if they didn't cancel it. Just check periodically with the accesso showare website to stay updated.
Depends on event but generally 2 and up
Small park no RV
I do not know. I do not work there. From what I have seen they sell the gear of the team playing that night.
There is no size limit but you cant bring in outside food or drinks
Looks like Sept 21, home game, starts 6:05PM
Call after 10am when the center is open. Also call the ticket agency to double check. I did that for 2Cellos, luckily the show went on..All the best and enjoy your show.
Hour before the event
Many restaurants across the street at kent station. Some good concessions at showare as well
Doors open an hour before game starts.
Mon-Fri 8 AM - 5 PM. Sat, Sun, Holidays opens at 12 Noon only if there is an event.
I've never seen anyone selling anything when I was there for my sons' high school and college graduations.
I usually show up early and park on site, then go across the street to eat and have a few beers before the event.
Half price on Tuesday. Going price on bottled soda all other days is $4.25
Free parking for everyone at the park and ride.
Yes the hockey tickets at the box office are whatever they are online ..a $16 ticket is exactly that and 24 is 24 ..so you save whatever the 3 bucks online fee is this year..but you have to drive down there when they are open and you also have to take what's left
Go to the Showare Web site
Usually doors open an hour before an event starts. Call the ticket office at the Showare Center to be sure. Parking fills up so you want to get there early anyway.
Mon - Fri 8-5. On event days it opens at noon.
