I would not recommend this hotel. We booked online through the wyndom app, when we got to the hotel they couldn't see our reservation. We got a room, but they wouldn't match the price on the app. The room hadn't been vacuumed, crumbs on the nightstand and desks, bathroom not swept. Breakfast was cold, had to microwave the 'hot' breakfast. We would not stay here again.

Do NOT stay here. The pictures are extremely deceiving. The room stunk, the bed was hard as a rock. The drain on the bathtub was broken. We were planning on staying two nights, but ended up canceling the second night. Management was extremely unprofessional, and although we followed their 24 hour cancellation policy, management refused a refund and refused to explain why. Convenience of location is not worth this mess of a hotel.

I gave it only 4 stars because it’s more dated than it looks online but they are under new ownership they say and going to renovate. We booked through agoda and got the best price HOWEVER when checking in they charged us the full amount for the one night stay but have assured us that it is only a temporary hold- we will see. The staff Karen and Duane are absolutely amazing! Made public coffee just because I said it smelled so good like coffee then went so far above and beyond to prep a coffee tray and even offered to walk it up to our room since our hands were full. They were so kind to our kiddos, the pool is really warm but suuuuper chlorinated, it’s clean and they are more than accommodating and only about 20 mins from the Newport aquarium. If you don’t need fancy but clean, choose here.

I'm more than pleased with the service at this hotel. I unfortunately had ate some food that caused my gallbladder to flare miles back and was in pain. I also had a major glucose drop. They were so kind to my daughter me, my girlfriend and my grandson. Rooms were VERY CLEAN! My husband booked room at last minute notice and we were welcomed in. The breakfast was WONDERFUL. This was NOT an apple and granola bar in a bag and tell you have a nice day. The SWEET LADY at front desk got me 2 bottles of water. I have to say, we were treated better here, than when we stay at the HILTON. These people actually cared about my health. I want to THANK ALL who had part in our stay. If you want to stay at a nice place where people care and take pride. I really feel this is a good stop.
