The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful

One of the most run down hotels I’ve stayed in. Room smelled like a 90 year old man. Bathroom smelled like urine. Bathroom door handle was about to fall off. Shower was filthy. Area around the shower was filthy and damaged. Shower curtain was about to fall off. No remote for TV No cups for coffee or beverages Exterior was littered with cigarette butts ALL over, diapers, masks from pandemic. Stay far away!
