The only reason for 1 star is for the comfortable beds. Not much to say about the staff because only saw them at check in and out. The internet or rather lack of was a HUGE disappointment. Absolutely, nothing worth watching on TV. Renting movies out of the question they are $19.99 each. Only enough coffee supplies for 1 cup. I know they want you on the casino floor and not in your room, but eventually you need to go to your room. When I go to a hotel whether it's someplace to have fun or just rest I expect all the amenities listed to be available, whether I use them or not. Why should I pay for them if they are not available to me? I only live a little over an hour away if I ever come again I won't waste money on a room. I am considering not even going to the casino. I've had enough disappointment for this stay.

Absolutely loved it!!! First time going and getting to experience the setting. So bright and pretty, well spread out and tons to do. So many slot machines and tables. Tons of smoking going on but you'd never know, the ventilation system is awesome at keeping it cleared up. Wasn't too cold or too hot. Liquor is a little pricey, for three drinks it was 20+. Free soda and lemonade. Clean bathrooms. Always someone around to help out with any needs. Definitely a fun time. Will be back, eventually, when I can afford too again haha

My wife brought me here as a birthday surprise, and we had a good night. First, I love the way this place looks outside, very unique look and so large. On the inside, the smell of smoke is everywhere: in the halls, casino, and even rooms, so be expecting that if you are staying here. The room was a little dingy, and we had some back pains the next morning from the slightly uncomfortable bed. We ate at the steakhouse, which was very expensive but also the best steak we had ever had. The casino area was very impressive, it goes on forever and has several different machines, decorations, and even live music that was pretty good. Didn't play long because I wasn't as high of a roller as most people, but still a great place. Their club (named Boogie Nights) had really cool decorations and atmosphere, and good servers. Overall, we had a good experience, but there were definitely a few things keeping this from a 5 star experience.

Great casino and hotel! Many options to choose from. Hotel hospitality was awesome at check in and out. Only issue was at The Eatery waiting in line 20 minutes to find out no chicken sandwiches. Only suggestion would be to put up a sign saying you're out of any items. Short staffed I understand, but a heads up to find another option. Great experience at Hollywood Casino and hotel. Highly recommended!
