Extended Stay America - Dayton - North

No ice machine. Kitchen area has full size refrigerator and two burner stove, no oven, but microwave. My family from Atlanta came to visit for a week. I'm not sure what rates were for a week stay. Hotel is close to Walmart and a few restaurants. Close to 75 highway.

Carpet was filthy, needs replaced, not just cleaned. Blankets, chairs and carpeting stained. Beds not comfortable. Room smelled like dirty socks. Food wrapper found on floor when we entered. Took to front desk - only response was "gross". Had to ask for a second chair to sit at table, no ice machine, no gym, pitiful "breakfast" offerings and they ran out of coffee within 2 hours.

The desk clerk Amanda was the sweetest person. She helped me get to me room and made sure I had everything I needed. She even helped get a tow truck since my car broke down. Room was clean smelled good. I recommend this hotel to anyone Plus it was not expensive as I though

I gave this a 2/5 because when me and my four kids came into are stay for seven days I asked for one family room, and gave me two separate rooms. When I specifically asked for one family room. Plus when we came in are windows were open, the beds weren’t clean and there were ants in my room.
