I ordered take out and when I arrived I was told my order wasn’t ready yet and that it would be just a few minutes. I waited 35 minutes to find out that my order had been sitting on the counter ready and getting cold. I received no apology or anything. I understand they are busy and mistakes happen but just before a lady that was in there before me had the same thing happen - she was told her food wasn’t ready and that she needed to wait but turns out it had been sitting up there getting cold too. When I’ve dined in I’ve never had issues.

They treat me well. One bartender in particular treats me so well I am surprised she doesn't work at a MUCH more upscale place. All great employees and nice play to get food and drink.

We went here on 3-27-22, and I must say we were so dissapointed. My daughter ordered tenders with fries so since I never had them I wanted to try them also. She wanted hers crispy but I didn't. Well they both came out like potato chips. I wanted to add cheese and bacon on my fries they did that but for the money you pay they give you fries like they are feeding a 2 year old. They are so over priced and the food was so bland. The one in Englewood food is better. Just thinking back at all my visits to Buffalo Wild Wings, this is not a place that I will continue to patronize. It's just not worth the money. I think if they are not careful they will start to close some locations. I even tipped our waitress who it took us to stop her to acknowledge us. Then we got waters and she never gave us straws, we had to ask. She never brought any napkins, we had to ask. She never gave us utensils, we had to ask. What was she thinking. Not a good visit at all...

I have had great service in person and online with this location. Consistently getting orders correct online with the food hot and fresh. All the servers who waited on me were nice and helpful. When dining from home, I actually love ordering off their website as opposed to GrubHub and other services. Plus I earn reward points. Even though they are known for the wings, my favorite is the All-American Burger and tots. The Ultimate Nachos with Chicken is very good and plentiful. The same can be said for the Sampler which comes with wings (bone-in or bone-out), onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and Ultimate Nachos with Chicken. The Southern Chicken Sandwich is nothing to sneeze about. I have to smash it down to get it to fit inside my mouth. The Moscow Mule featuring Tito's Vodka is to die for!
