Counselors are biased liars and hold personal vendettas over political beliefs. They do not truly care about wellbeing of patients recovery. Many let pride and ego get in the way and hinder the recovery process out of spite. As far as myself and other clients recovery it as risk and these counselors as well as supervisor do not deserve their positions if they feel the need to play with people's lives. I see a human rights and malpractice class action lawsuit in the near future.

It's a trap you would be better off finding another way to escape addiction. Your trading one addiction for another. The ball and chain just gets switched to the other foot. You have a job consider it gone they don't care about you having a life outside of treatment and constantly contradict what they say. In many ways it's worse. your dope dealer just wants money not your time and life. They don't keep up with clerical work and move you up in groups been pushing clean for over a year and still stuck in stage 1. When try to ween off they try to do everything in their power to keep you stuck. You have mo say or argument or they will kick you out. With out your addiction they do not have jobs because its ran by the state si the need addicts coming thru doors. Not very honest about the role they fill.

I don’t know where to begin with this review, mainly because there has been so many positive changes at Kent-Solution/CRC, especially in the last year or so, it is so worth mentioning. Iam a Step 5, (monthly carries), which is the highest step you can earn, and I know I can speak on behalf of other Step 5s, when I say that a lot of us have been clients for many years, and have rolled with the punches when it comes to being labeled “drug addict”, which meant a lot of long waits, lack of communication in every department , which always caused unnecessary confrontations, so coming in once a month was always unpredictable. My current counselor Haifa, is Amazing. She is always concerned on my progress regarding my treatment plan, and after 14 years she is the only counselor that encouraged me to finally taper down off Methadone and move forward! I’m so excited:). The Nursing team, Clyde, Laura, Reyes etc, are so much the heart of the clinic, and what I mean by that is, with all the negativity those nurses have to deal with, I have always been treated with respect and a smile, & to watch them oversee their patients is so heartfelt & rare, I know Iam in Nursing:) Their teamwork is so welcomed. And last, meeting the new Director Erica Allen, last month, explains why everything has changed for the better! She invited me into her office without question, bubbly yet professional, and said if I or anyone had suggestions or concerns to bring them straight to her:). In closing, all the recent transitions that the Clinic has gone through, has made my life so much more stress free on so many levels, that I found it worth acknowledging!

5 AM !!!!! Please do not give uninformed answers. This is a life threatening illness, methadone is a life saving treatment and ONE DAY CAN MATTER. Meaning, if you go uninformed at the incorrect time, you will be rescheduled and that might not even be the next day--it could be the next week. Do your homework people
