I had reserved a car because my car need to be worked on it and it was going to be $78 a day but then I had an extended warranty on the alternator so the warranty people have a discount they paid $35.00 a day and I ended up having to pay $13.70 a day. I was happy

I had a very bad experience with this location. We made an appointment to pick up at 10 am and had to wait over an hour before receiving a car. We were understanding since a lot of places are short staffed currently, but the system seemed very disorganized. The woman who provided the pickup was very professional and great! We had to pick up a car on saturday to use monday morning. We drove the car from the location back to our house and left it in the lot until monday. When we went to leave, the front tire was completely flat. It was clear that it had a slow leak when given to us at pickup. We had to take a different car in order to make our appointment (enterprise was not open) and on our way back we tried to call enterprise to find out how to get them their un-driveable car back. The one time we managed to get through we got left on hold for an hour, so decided to try again later but we’re unable to reach them after repeated calls. At a certain point, we changed the tire ourselves and took the car back. The store was empty when we walked in and phones were ringing, but employees made no effort to answer them. One employee was discussing with his manager that he did not care about his customers’ problems. We did not even receive a full refund for the rental! Overall awful experience! I acknowledge that some of this may be due to staffing issues, but really this is unacceptable service.

I had a really poor experience here. The customers were lined up and patiently waiting understanding that the representative was doing his best under the circumstances of being the only staffer at the time. HOWEVER, after waiting 35 minutes for my turn, a man walked in from a dealership looking to get his service customer a rental. The rep had many previous customers waiting inside and a customer waiting outside for him to walk to the rental when he halted our service to help this walk-in with no appointment or reservation. I politely asked why he jumped the dealership to the front of the line and I was told, "He's one of our partners and MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOU". When I told him I was offended and would call corporate he told me to do what I want. No apology. I called corporate. He reluctantly apologized. The initial corporate rep was VERY apologetic and said I'd receive a call. I didn't receive a call from corporate. Although I am uncertain what impact this had, I'll note that all of us waiting were POC and the dealership employee was not. To his credit, when I returned my rental to the same rep who was rude, he informed me that my one day rental was free. There are lots of other rental companies. Go where you are valued.

They will require a utility bill and drivers license to prove where you live. Also they require a deposit no matter how you pay usually $150.00

You better call ahead and reserve it. Best advice I can give ya. Oh...and make sure you have all your credentials correct. Do Not go at the last minute expecting everything to be short and sweet!
Smaller cars cost the least. Weekday rentals cost the most and they often have weekend deals. If you need insurance, there are several options. For $18.99/day you can cover the entire cost of any damage to the rental vehicle.
My credit is horrible and they rented to me with a $300 deposit. I had a car for a week.
No prepaid cards it has to be a regular bank or credit card

Most if thier locations are strictly by the book. So I doubt it. I do know if renting from an airport location its better to have a flight itinerary. There are apps out where people rent out thier everyday cars (like uber is for taxi, the app is like a rental car place) I forget the name of it but you may try that as well. This location of enterprise has the worst most incompetent employees and manager Ive ever seen so go elsewhere!
