I paid $20 for an itty bitty sandwich that was supposed to be cold and it was NOT. I only asked for no tomatoes but it came with NOTHING on it! No lettuce no onion no seasoning mayo or oil and vinegar. And fries have NO SALT AT ALL. I am so disappointed in the entire order. The receipt TAPED TO THE SANDWICH HAS THE ORDER CORRECT. I don't understand how someone could see that and think that looks right!

Stopped at Penn Station today with my son. He got a cheesestake and fry and a drink. I got a chicken cheese stake and a drink almost 30 dollars. His cheesestake might have had 4 ounces of meat ant best Mine had 6 ounces approx. His looked like cheese and onions with a little bite or two of steak. Never again for me. Told the girl that brought our food to the table that it didn't have much meat and she didn't say anything, just walked away. Poor service and way to high for what you get. BEWARE Got a reply back from the owner, he said if you have any concerns to ask for the GM Aloria. So I called the store and asked for her by name if she was there and the.goof on the.phone said I can't tell you that. I tole.her the.owner replied to my complaint and told.me.to ask for her. She said again I cant.tell you that Something sounds.shady. I asked her what her name was and she said she can't tell me that either. I WONT BE BACK AGAIN AND WILL.NEVER HAVE ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS LOCATION. SAD. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE

Had the 12 inch philly cheese steak and large fries outstanding . Rachel was an outstanding representative with a cheerful attitude and a smile ! Food was GREAT

When it comes to eating out, there's not much worse than wanting your food prepared a particular way then realizing AFTER you've gotten home that it's not correct!! That was my realization today, even though the order ticket was correct attached to my sandwich was correct--so much for double-checking before sending it out! There was quite a discussion going on at the grill station and the prep station but it did not involve checking the order for correctness. I have pretty much slowed down my eating out mainly because of errors when my food is prepped but just needed a cheesesteak tonight and it just didn't hit the spot.
