My Father-in-law was a resident of this facility for a short time while recovering from hip surgery. The nurses and CNAs were very attentive to his needs and professional. The therapy department is first rate.

The staff go out of their way to help the residents. The staff are caring and generous! The facility is clean and the residents all seem very happy and getting all their needs met in a timely manner. The food is delicious and the dining staff are really nice and fast in serving food. The kitchen smells wonderful and they too are kind and generous. I was very impressed with the personalized service that my family member received and I would tell anyone that this facility is the right one for your family members.

Just like the other review, My dad is there for a week rehab and it's like pulling teeth try to get ahold of him. They only have one phone they pass around..the whole rehab..all while residents who live there have there own phones plugged in walls that share rooms with temporary one week people. Definitely not a place you would ever want your family members to go...And it looks barely clean on surface then look closer....dirty as hell.

I see my review is the most recent. My mother has been in this rehab for 2 weeks now. The aides are terrific! Most of the nurses aren't. This is the first time we have had a family member in such a place. With 4 children in our family, we all have questions. Instead of the staff addressing our answers they get angry and puts us on the defensive. We are labeled a "drama family". Its very unfortunate that this facility does not have an orientation to include all the family members so that all our questions are addressed and we wouldn't be causing "drama". My dad was given a good spiel before placing my mom here. My dad was told there was 1 CNA per 7 patients. In reality there is one CNA for 19 patients. I have timed how long it takes for a call light to be answered. It takes between 20-30 minutes. The aides work so hard but have too many patients to care for. The food is horrible! This place is definitely understaffed and the corporation that owns this place thinks the staffing is adequate!! They just do not want to hire more aides which would take off their profits margin. There is no caregiving support group for a spouse or family members who care for their family member. My dad and many people are in desperate need of a caregiving group. Please tour this facility and watch the services and the meals that come out before you place your loved one in this facility.

It may be time to consider a nursing home environment when both medical and personal care needs have become too great to handle at home or in another senior living community. This may be due to a recent hospitalization, or a chronic illness which has gradually been worsening.

We have a full-time business office manager for all financial and billing concerns. If you have any questions regarding these matters, please make an appointment with our business office manager through the front desk.
We provide all of the furniture your elderly parent needs in their room. However, to make it feel like home, most skilled nursing centers encourage residents to bring personal items such as family photos, a familiar bedspread, and treasured knickknacks.
Physicians generally see residents upon admission and once every 30 days thereafter. Though the physicians aren’t there every day, our nursing staff is in constant communication with each physician that visits the facility.
Residents may take a leave of absence with a physician’s authorization, which can be arranged through the nursing staff. Residents who take a leave of absence must check in and out with the leave of absence (LOA) book at the nursing station.
Please make sure to check with the nursing staff before bringing food in to ensure the food complies with special diets. Any food kept in resident rooms must be in a properly sealed container.
