I was told I would get a free rental, due to a few issues I had with my vehicle. I called to make the reservation and spoke to Dashawn, when I went to pick up the car from John the store manager he told me that he could not honor a free rental. I told him what happened in detail, and he stated “ I’m sorry I can’t help you, we don’t honor free week rental without documentation”. I said that sounds like a training issue within your department” I asked for the district manager James Donaldson and will be emailing him today. I won’t ever be back at this location again.

The BEST experience we have had renting a car. We rent cars 5-7 times per year and just moved to the area. location is amazing. Super friendly, very quick, easy to deal with.

The worst freaking rental car. I YOU HAVE TO OPTION SOMEWHERE ELSE, PLEASE DO. I Had an online reservation, When l showed up they told me “oh your reservation is at the Middletown location” l did this reservation in the Fairfield location and they changed it to the Middletown location without telling me. I was over an hour late at for work for their lack of communication. NEVER AGAIN WASTED MY TIME!!!

I needed a rental while my car was being repaired. They brought me a vehicle, which was very well-equipped & clean. Within a day, it was having problems with the start/stop fuel economy system. I took the car back to them, before work, and they got me an even nicer car and had me back on the road within 10 minutes! Great customer service!
