Staff was nice and friendly! Billing and customer service was not. I was double charged for a sports physical for my son. I paid the amount the day of, and was charged again a week later. Dealing with billing department is horrible. They only refund in paper check form 4-6 weeks, but yet so quick to take it from my card without permission.

I'm from out of town traveling for work. Walked in at 7:43 wanting to be seen for pink eye. "Shelly," one of the providers said she had to ask someone else if I could be seen. I waiting for her to mop the floor when the other provider walked up. Shelly asked the other provider if she wanted to see me, the provider said she had stuff to do. "Shelly" said she would see me, but by that time I was already irritated. Something that would've taken 10 minutes, but no they had "stuff to do" that was more important than patient care. Very upsetting and unprofessional.

I had pain on my right shoulder and arm the pain was to strong I couldn't sleep. I had no health Insurance and I was afraid to go to emergency room because of the high prices! I didn't know what to do and I was so happy when I found out that there is Minute Clinic in which you don't even need appointments! I waited only 35 minutes and the doctor made me examination. She gives me strong pills wich helped me and everyday I was better and better! And the prices in this minute clinic it's really good! I'm very thankful!

Very friendly and fast. Only a 5 minute wait when my husband went and about 15 minutes most recently when my daughter went. They take their time with the patients and ask if you have questions. Quality service and less expensive than urgent care.
