Staff amazing hotel amazing only on very small problem a sewage back up on our last night

Positive: It was very clean. Price was reasonable. Negative: Went to front desk 10 min after check in. I couldn't find ice on second floor. There had been 2 people at the desk at check in. Both were gone 10 min later. I needed ice. No one anywhere Also, coffee in room was nasty. Nothing provided to stir in sugar.

Front desk was very nice and helpful. My room was very clean. Staff was very accomidating. I slept very well and will be staying here more often while i am working in town.

I highly recommend this hotel for group stays. The manager and staff really knew what they were doing. I literally have never had a better experience booking a block of rooms and having everything run perfectly from first contact to check out. In fact after check out when a bag was left and the manager contacted me in time for it to be picked up! WOW!
