Roofers on the roof at 7pm ..started a fire, had to pack up and wait outside while fire department came. Move back in after fire was put out. Woke up to banging at 7 am , went to make my bed and looks like dried body fluids on blanket. Complained to elderly lady at front desk, told me no discount as I booked online and was paying less than anyone else! Really!!! Online booking gave me 30% back...should have given a full refund...
