Great night's sleep. Room was clean & smelled good. The towels folded in special shapes were a classy touch.

Lobby had an odor and room smelled musty along with the A/C blower. Bathroom had dried pee on the toilet seat and the ceiling had a previous leak over the shower that molded and someone attempted to cover with spray paint. The location is amazing but on my return trip I stayed elsewhere.

It’s hard to feel confident booking a hotel online, but the pictures here do their best to capture the beauty of this place. I felt completely comfortable and we really enjoyed our quiet weekend here. We drove 1.5 hours to Death Valley and went on the Arch Loop Hike 15 minutes away and spent an afternoon at Diaz Lake. Many restaurants to choose from 3 minutes down the road. Staff was kind and professional. I would recommend to anyone.

This is an ideal hotel if you are staying in the Lone Piine area. The hotel was above average compared to other hotels in the area, but it is getting a bit worn and old. Rooms are spacious, but sound insulation is not good. There are no elevators. You can hear people next door to you or those in the floor above you. Friendly staff. It is not in the "center" of town, so its a short drive to restaurants and shops but that has advantages and disadvantages. Bathrooms are old and worn a bit but I think the staff does its best to keep things functioning and as clean as they can. Room has microwave and minifridge which was great for us.
