The best hospital ever the doctor and nurses in the ER put my face back together. The nurse that took care of me for the three months as I was comatose was there went above and beyond her job. Everybody in the ER and the hospital was so nice to me. The EMTs had their hands full when they brought me in.

I was admitted to the SIHD emergency room on 10/26 ("under my own steam") after falling and hitting the back of my head on a rock during a hike (and bleeding all over my shirt collar.) While I was probably a little hyper about the incident (they termed me "feisty" to my son), I was treated cordially and with the utmost respect and professionalism. Kudos to ER pros Ann & Michael who treated me with grace and dignity, and to Dr. Kennedy who patched me up and reassured me before sending me on my way. This was as good an experience as I could have asked for in what was a most unfortunate situation for me.
