They didn't clean anything between the client before me and me. Hair still on the chair when she asked me to sit in it. She didnt clean her scissors just brushed them off. She did use a new comb but put it on the hair covered work station before using it on me.

I really don’t like to complain because I have had some pretty good service at this great clips. The last time that I had my hair trimmed I thought that it was understood from my previous haircuts that I have several cowlicks so my hair cannot be cut to short. I know that my hair will grow back but in the meantime my hair is unruly and sticking out everywhere because it was cut too short. I am very particular about my hair because I feel that if my hair looks good then I feel good.I am not sure if I will use Great Clips again because of this.

Unless you want a short, uncomplicated hair cut, DO NOT go here for services. Walmart would be a better option then this place. They do not care what you look like when they are done, all they care about is finishing in 15 minutes or less. If you want a shampoo, don't expect to get blow dried. If you ask for about 5-6 inches cut off, they'll take about 10-12. Worst experience ever.

The lady that cut my daughter's hair was the worst, I had to tell her that my daughter's bangs was messed up. She wasn't friendly. Never smiled or said a word. Daughter requested not to go back there
