We are not celiac but we try to avoid gluten as much as possible. At this location they refuse to put the condiments on top of our burgers time and time again if we order our burgers without bread. This saddens us so much as it is our money and we feel discriminated against when this establishment refuses to put our condiments on our burgers. The packets DO NOT taste the same and it is much more appetizing to have the condiments put on top of our burgers. It’s the way the flavors all blend together when the burgers are warm to make the perfect combination. I feel discriminated against every time our family orders here and they refuse to put condiments on our burgers if we order our burgers without bread. If Wendy’s doesn’t want to let us have our burgers our way with no bread and condiments “ON TOP” they don’t want our money. It makes me feel so sad to feel my family is being discriminated against because we choose not to eat bread.

I ordered the 4 for 4.00 and it was good, but way to much mustard on the cheeseburger.The staff seemed nice though.

We just had a great experience here. They have some younger kids working here and they were very polite, asking us how everything was and if we needed anything. I had a much better experience out of these two young men than I've had with some adults working here in the past. They've got a great crew working for them right now and I hope they treat them great! Keep up the good work kiddos, you'll go far in life!

I'M DONE WITH WENDY'S!! My children and grandchildren love Wendy's restaurant so we eat there quite often... Some weeks 3 or 4 times a week. I go through the drive-through every single day, 6 days a week, on my lunch break and I order a baked potato with cheese and extra bacon. That bake potato used to cost me $3.74 because they charged $1 for what they call 3 extra slices of bacon. The reality is those 3 slices of bacon amount to about 1 1/4 slices of bacon, as you will see in the attached pictures, which I think is already outrageous. Today I went through the drive-through on my lunch break as always, however today that same bake potato now cost me $4.49! They are now charging a $1.50 for those 3 little bites of bacon! That is absolutely ridiculous! The GREED is out of control! I spoke with the 800 number that's on the back of every receipt just to let them know how unhappy I was and that they had lost a loyal customer. I was told that this particular franchise like all of the other franchises, sets their own pricing and even the representative at the 800 number said that price is outrageous. Well all I can say is I hope that 50 cents is worth losing a very loyal and regular customer because I'm done! It's sad because I used to feel that Wendy's restaurants were a great value and good option for families but I guess we'll have to find a new favorite.
