I don't understand all the bad reviews for this place because everyone was nice. I didn't have to pay anything for 2 extractions. Pain was fairly mild and no real issues other than getting a 4 inch needle stabbed into back of your jaw line. That's normal for an extraction (I hope!...lol).

Oye this place is WAY over the limit for people. They are overbooked understaffed and you will know it from arrival till departure. Not a lot of smiling going on or so it seemed. It's a Dr./Dentist office that says it all, sliding scale too. They are bilingual and also do sliding scale fee and no or low cost stuff.

Alright, so I'm big on fairness for most things, so I want that known. Yesterday I twisted my knee getting on my motorcycle and when I went into here, the receptionist I dealt with was very kind, helped me figure out which forms to fill out for not having insurance at the moment, and I got into a room before I was even done with the paperwork. The nurse was incredibly kind and very considerate with everything and keeping me comfortable. The doctor was another story though. I was waiting for what seemed like two hours, rather uncomfortable, and when the doctor came in, he thought I was there for something with my ears. He looked at me knee, told me it was swollen and he didn't know how bad the injury was. Then walked out. It was also very hard to understand the doctor as well, he had a very thick accent. I waited in the room for another half hour before a different nurse came in and suggested I should go to the er instead. All in all, I did not feel like the doctor was there to make sure I was okay or check my injury, but rather come in and tell me what I could already see myself.

Worst dentist ive ever been to. Theyve messed up my appts twice. Angie the receptionist is unfriendly. My 1st appt was Apr 10th for consultation. I didnt get my 1st cleaning till 8/5 on top of that they deep cleaned 3 teeth. I was scheduled for a tooth extraction on 8/14. They called me evening of 8/13 around 5pm to let me know dr. Strong quit and i had to reschedule! Next available was 11/27....i was livid. Went to another dentist in Arlington. I was seen in an hour the day i called them for a consultation and my teeth were extracted very next day by an oral surgeon...now thats service...seamar treats medicaid people like dog mills!

I think they do, but call them to make certain. Try calling early, the front desk can be busy at times!
