We came into this location and waited 5 minutes at the hostess stand. In that time, no one acknowledged us. The manager kept helping customers who came in after we did and took a phone call. I totally empathize with being busy and short staffed but it takes no effort to say, “Be right with you!” Or “Sorry for the wait!” We took that as an indication of what the rest of our visit would be like and decided to come to Cracker Barrel instead. They were much busier but sat and served us right away. Maybe pay people a living wage and you won’t be so understaffed.

Very friendly staff. They were very busy. 2 people were running the customers. Short in staff help. Still got our meal fast.

We were so excited that our hotel was right next to a Bob Evans. Their food is delicious homestyle cooking. This particular store did not disappoint.
