They have fresh cut fries which make a huge difference. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with everything on it and it was so delicious. Also the employees were super friendly.

Exactly what I needed! Great burger with grilled onions and pickles - small fry - plus bag fries! Fresh, delicious and so good. The fries are always so yummy!

Always liked Five Guys and found this one in Ohio and they had all the trimmings and fixings as all the Five Guys have, loved the peanuts this time, they just seemed to be really fresher than previous times at other Five Guys, burgers to die for but always take a wad of money because ‘you get what you pay for’…

I have lived in many states due to my husband's line of work, and if there is a 5 guys, we always go. We were just passing through Polaris Ohio and stopped at the 5 guys there, and had a fabulous time. Great food, wonderful staff, music was playing, the staff and customers were singing together. Great experience. Will definitely stop again

I picked up to go and a masked employee brought my food to my car in a bin. Didn't even hand it to me. I'd say very good.
