My room had the potential to be great. But, the bed was right next to someone else's toileting so every time someone needed to use the bathroom it sounded like it was right next to my head and I heard all the water coming down. Interrupted my sleep too. They need to fix that. But overall it was a very nice hotel in a very good location.

Positive: Liked the room layout and the hotel location. Negative: Arrived on a Thurs night and checked out on a Sunday. Went down to breakfast at 8:45 on Friday and food was all gone. Mold in the shower and a VERY uncomfortable pullout couch mattress. Hot tub had gross green dirt foam on top. Pool closed on Sundays.

We stayed there over Easter weekend. We were told that we could not use the pool and hot tub because it was being booked by the hour only and since no one told us this, we couldnt use it, because it was completely booked for the entirety of our weekend. That hot tub and pool was a big, huge reason why we booked there. Then, breakfast is included in the room fee. There was no breakfast by 9 a.m. Saturday morning and the staff in charge, refused to make any more food, not even coffee. The young man who was working at the front desk both mornings lied. When I asked him about why there was no coffee and no breakfast, he said he couldn't help it. Other guests were taking obnoxious amounts of plates of food out to their rooms where they were having children's birthday parties. We were too late and he blamed my husband that he came down so late and then said he was being a stubborn picky eater (my husband has medical issues and cannot eat certain over cooked foods or foods that are nothing but sweets or carbohydrates). The more people who showed up Easter morning and he had an audience in the lobby, the more this guy kept lying about how he was trying to be so accommodating. He wasn't. And his lies got bigger and he messed up his story a few times in the process. He is a liar. He liked the attention he was getting and that is all. There were quite a few guests who were grumbling about not being able to get breakfast or coffee. I asked to speak with the manager and he said very condescendingly that I couldn't. She was off site at that very moment, he said with a sneer. I tried to contact the corporate office after we checked out to complain and since it was Easter, no one contacted me back about how horrible this stay was. Oh and back to the kids parties. I saw one group all different ages under the age of 10, check in with two early 20 year olds. They were all down in the pool on Sunday morning with another large group. But, no one else could enjoy the amenities that are supposed to be included in our stay. No one told us that we needed appointments to use the pool. Not when I called the hotel to book, and not when we were there checking in. I had asked what the hours were, if the pool and hot tub were open, and gotten the hours and yes, both are open. And, the common area where the ice machine was on our floor had a lot of garbage and beer cases that were simply tossed there. They were there on Saturday morning and also on Sunday, too. No one picked up the trash there.

Positive: The location was good. Nice that there was an ottoman in the living room. Negative: Every piece of furniture in the room was uncomfortable. Sagging chair and couch. We asked for extra pillows and they only had two available. We were told we couldn¿t move rooms so we cancelled the last two nights of our stay and moved to another hot
