I purchased a dishwasher, stove, and fridge from this store 2 weeks ago. The fridge and dishwasher were delivered by the store and arrived damaged (seriously dented). The delivery team took the fridge back to the store. It took 10 days to replace the fridge. The dishwasher is cracked up the back side (concealed damage). Amber (Supervisor) is horrible. Requested I repack and return the dishwasher myself. This is the worst service imaginable. I wish I had the option to award zero stars. Don’t purchase appliances from this store if you care about the return policy and meaningful customer service.

Poor installation service on a new refrigerator. Men scratched the side of the unit and failed to connect the water line for the ice maker - said it wasn’t their job even though we paid extra for installation. The installers also stained an expensive tablecloth by laying greasy tools on it. We are very disappointed and still don’t have ice or water from the new unit.
