When I first rented a post office box I was instructed to use my street address and "unit #" or "box #" and they would accept mail sent to me. For years everything worked as agreed, they took my money and I received mail and packages without issue. Now they are demanding that I install a mailbox at my residence in order to receive packages. The roadside at my residence is unsafe for the mail carrier and due to a disability I am not able to perform nor pay for the necessary improvements. I am beyond disappointed with the Shelton post office. *update* Still more problems with USPS. The carrier continues to fail to deliver packages in a manner consistent with USPS regulations and norms. The postmaster remains hostile (IMHO). My opinion of their service could not get any lower.

Have been on hold for 1:54 minutes and 23 seconds. Nobody answers. At least just say your busy and can you call back later. So now I have to go there and hope someone can help me. Third time I have not received a package.

I've been living in Shelton for 2 years now, and this outfit can never and I mean NEVER deliver my packages! They deliver my packages to four different locations almost without fail. I also get four to five other addresses delivered to my front doorstep when it comes to packages. They can completely put my paper mail in the correct mailbox but for some reason doesn't have the brain power or the knowledge to put the exact same postmark to the correct addresses. this place is a joke I've called them many times complaining about this situation. The manager gets snappy with me and tells me let him do his job. Obviously he can't do his job or get his employees to do their jobs correctly I will be filing another complaint officially with USPS once again which this would be the 12th time officially

This post office is a nightmare beyond believe. Trying to get my mail for the last two years through them and over and over they say I'm not deliverable, or not home, once they said I moved and left no forwarding address! Another time they said my house was inaccessible, when I have no fence or gate, just a flat driveway right to my door. I am retired and home most days. When you pay extra for prime delivery it would be great if these guys would do their jobs.

I have packages delivered from Amazon all the time. You need to use the post office address and your unit number (PO box number).
You c a m go online to USPS and pay for your ok box
Yes you can. Right deceased on the mail if it keeps coming.
First have to go to county/city to be assigned an official address that is recognized by po, if you have already done this, it is a matter then of taking the paperwork to your post office and finding out where you can have a mailbox
Does anybody have the direct line into shelton Washington’s post office
Talk to somebody inside, let them know what happened.
If they have a PO Box that's what you use, but you're rolling the dice. The incompetence there reigns supreme. You'll be lucky if that mail finds its intended recipient. I had a PO Box there for 7 years and you wouldn't believe how many times I had someone's else's mail in my box or vice versa. I remember one time, I was waiting for a check from a client and some 3 weeks after it was sent, I'm at the counter buying some stamps and a clerk hands me the envelope that contained the check from my client, and as unbelievable as this sounds, it had been opened. When I asked him why is my mail so late and so opened, I was told it was mistakenly placed in someone's else's box and they don't know why the person renting the box had opened my mail. Furthermore, i was told, that nothing could be done about it, even though there are laws in place against mail tampering... Good luck. Regards
Good luck...my "new" address is 3 years old now, and on average, about 30% of my mail is delivered into the "Black Hole". I strongly believe at least 1 employee per Post Office, meets the requirement to have a HUGE ANAL CAVITY thus the BLACK HOLE.
Global Forever stamps can mail a 1 ounce letter for $1.15
I believe you would have to get a P.O. box,
