Placed an order for delivery four hours before close, was told my order was being fulfilled 30 minutes after the initial delivery time of 7PM(they had until 9PM). The store never called me about my order, I never had my groceries delivered, and now I am obligated to come to the store which makes me upset since I use the delivery for a clear purpose. Customer service was not helpful at all and the girl on the phone clearly didn't care at all.

Customer service sucks! Will never go back to this store. I'm 51 years old and almost totally gray and see won't give me cigarettes because my I'D expired. Where is the common sense. Under 21 I wish. I law says you must be 21 to buy cigarettes. It's OK because nobody in my family or friends will shop there.

I love, love, love this store. They are always fully stock. The staff is friendly and always willing to help you if you looking for something you don't see. With the food shortage going on. It doesn't seem to affect them in any way. It a fun store to shop. They always have what you need. The seafood dept. Is my best thing. I love how they fry your fish free and perferT!!!

Store is clean and well-stocked. Great deals and rewards with the Safeway app. Sometimes lines are long but staff is friendly, and one of the managers is super helpful whenever I need help using a Safeway digital gift card. Just check the expiration date on everything you buy.
