I've tried calling this place 4 times now and the phone is busy every time. I placed on order online for delivery, found out it was going through door dash AFTER the Door dash driver said that the manager refused to give her my order because he didn't think she was a door dasher. $30, no order delivery and no way to reach them by phone to get it resolved. 👎 I even called Door Dash, THREE times to try and get a refund processed but they couldn't help me only the actual vendor location, which I cannot reach.

It was after 4pm and no 'hot n ready' pizza. Had to wait about 10 min. Kids ran in to get pizza. Asked for napkins but forgot to ask to see if they had any plates as we were going to sit and eat our pizza there. They came back to me and said the girl in the front said no for the plates because she already gave us napkins. I was like ok, as I'm too exhausted to go in and say somethinslg since we been grocery shopping now for over 4.5 hours. Let's just use the box. The pizza was not even at all. The outer edge was ok but the center was so thin every slice we took fell apart.

The pizza at this location has been excessively oily to the point that it feels like the pizza is soaking wet. Heating up the pizza in the microwave makes the sogginess worst. In order to make the pizza a little firm, I have to place the pizza in the oven for about 15 minutes. I don't like soggy pizza.

the Deep Deep Dish pizza was uncooked and they gave me a cheese pizza despite the fact that I ordered and PAID for an extramostbestest pizza.
