My experience at this community has been a pleasant one indeed. Not only has management exceeded my expectations but wowed me on the very first day. I referred more people to the community and I enjoy living here.

I have been to these apartments and they are terrible. Roaches and mice. Apartments are outdated. The outside landscape is dirty because people throw trash. It's just too much hispanic people. This place is another Langley Park and if you know what that means, then you know. This place is starting to look like a mini central american spot. It wouldn't be such a bad spot to live but hispanics get too uncivilized. Also, before anyone even tries to say my review is racist, it isn't because I am Latina so it's an honest revies. My parents raised me better to not embarass our heritage but this community, I have no clue.

The worst place to live in, don't even think to move here. CAN'T WAIT TO MY LEASE TO END. Living in this building is horrible, u can find all issues and problems right over Here. This place is infested with rats and roaches. The building is old and in a really bad conditions. Maintenance takes many days to repair a little issues and they never finish it well. "THE OFFICE" Never answer the phone and when they do, they are rude and unfriendly. Making you hold in the phone and then they cut your call like nothing happens. I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Someone will answer this complaint but guess what..?? They do the same thing "NOTHING ", I will give them 0 stars if I can 🌟. IF you are planning to move here, DON'T DO IT.

This facility sucks , the leasing office worker are unprofessional , secondly No security cameras, stealing of packages . There are roaches and mouse raiding my apartment but no effort are made to set rid of them. Hot water flow is not reliable.sometimes hot water does not flow at all . .the worse of it all I drop money order for my rent but the office claimed the did not find its . I was made to pay the same rent . The towing company have tow my car because because the leasing office did not sent my informations . Even want u call for paper work that can take one minute. U have to came back the next day your paper work will not still be ready . The worse of it all if u do not speak Spanish they will feel reluctant to assist u.
