Terrible costumer service! There was no nice greetings, after i said thank you after cashing out my things there was no “welcome” or “have a nice day” need to hire friendly people!

The cashier was not customer service friendly at all. 2 different customers asked her where things were and she just pointed as if we were mind readers. Also she treated is as we were a burden on her. As soon. As she took the payment she grabbed her phone until the next customer put their belongings on the register.

The store is ok, the staff, not so. While shopping, cashiers were being nasty to an elder lady. I wasn’t shocked when I stood at the line for over a minute watching them on their phones, two of them. When I finally got noticed, my items were rung, no handing me my bag or receipt, she was back on the phone. I asked for my stuff, she said “it’s right there”; I took my stuff and looked for my receipt from a bunch of them and left. Self check registers would have been a greater experience.😢

I love Family Dollar. Their app is just about what you were wishing for. They always have deals and discounts. Thay have just about anything that you need for your house. Staff is very nice. I appreciate their service. Thank You So Much for always being very helpful.
