I was more than delighted to be serviced by Nikki and the housekeeping staff during my stay. I was running into problems outside of my stay and they were not only concerned and willing to accommodate my stay in anyway they could but always greeted me with smiles and an upbeat attitude. The hotel was amazingly clean and had great breakfast too! I will most certainly be coming back again when my family visits the Wings and Waves park next time.

Great hotel! The people are very nice and helpful. The rooms are super clean and spacious. Their indoor pool and jacuzzi are very clean and the perfect temperature even in winter! I highly recommend!!

Our stay here was horrendous. All the staff is quitting so there was multiple mix ups at our stay. Once our room never got serviced so we had to go get towels. Once our room got sold from underneath us so we had no where to stay. After leaving four notes with the manager (who was the one who personally sold our room) that the other staff members verified she saw, over a two week period, I never received a call or explanation on why this happened or even an apology. The manager's name is Marlene and if I owned this business I would can her immediately. It was almost always chaos in the building. Once I came in and a sober house was trying to check in but the manager wasn't around to help the poor staff figure out housing vouchers. After our issues and no resolution and the manager avoiding us, I decided we would shorten our stay. Upon the day of check-out, they threw my son's bath toys away and removed our personal belongings from the room after checking us out without us being there. Besides this, the room we were given was dirty with white crusty substance splattered on the carpet. The hot tub jets often don't work, you have to go to the front desk to get them turned on. My husband stopped swimming in the pool with the amount of times he has found something gross floating in the pool! It's sad when the manager runs the best staff out of house and the remaining staff isn't held accountable for doing a bare minimum job.

I would actually like to give zero stars!! My husband stayed here with our dog ( which we had to pay extra) for two day. When he return home, he was telling me how dirty the floors were. He said his socks were filthy!! He returned home with our dog. 10 days later our puppies all had Parvo!! We had nine and five died. He never stopped to let her out until he returned home, so I know it was at the hotel!! Not only did we lose 5 puppies, but we were left with a huge vet bill!! I would totally avoid this dirty place!! They apparently need to bleach the floors after every dog leaves!
