Our stay at the Red Lion was good! We had a family room. It was clean and located conveniently on the 2nd floor near the stairs and exit. The hotel had a pool that was clean and warm! The AC was a bit noisy and a little distracting when trying to fall asleep. The mattress was comfortable though

Awful, awful experience. Wasted half a grand on 2 nights, both in the EXACT SAME style of room, but hotel made us check out after the first night and re-check in to a different room the next night. I was in a wedding all day and they offered no help whatsoever in relation to their policy which required check out at 12:30 and check-in at 3, which meant we had to pack all our bags into the car and had no place to stash our stuff for the full day. Literally the entire reason I’d booked 2 nights was so we’d have a place to stash our stuff during the wedding. When I asked the front desk clerk what he would recommend we do, he gave me a blank stare. No apologies, no discount. Just a bill for $550. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I have ever encountered and would never return here. It makes me sick to think this is how they treat their “valued guests.”

Positive: Bed was comfortable! Doggie friendly-hard for dog to jump up on to. Negative: Breakfast was not served-CoVid restrictions lifted should be basic options. No coffee in rooms. The room had an unpleasant smell and whatever it was made it hard for my husband to breathe. He broke out in a rash on his chest and back.

These are great rooms, especially for the price! And you never find rooms with a checkout of noon anymore, and they have a noon checkout. The heat is a little confusing and hard to keep at a comfortable level, but nothing to even mark the room down for! They are very nice, clean, relaxing, spacious, and the beds are VERY comfortable!! The only thing missing in the rooms was a coffee pot. They are also pet friendly which made it very nice with our lab and chihuahua! There is a pool, jacuzzi, and a small work out room in the hotel. We will definitely be staying here more often. Looking forward to our next little get away 😏
