Emily was great in helping me complete my project in a timely manner. They were busy when I picked up my pics and she came out to meet me to expedite the line. The online upload system was easy and efficient with full communication through email.

Went in to develop two 35mm film rolls. The price (~$18/roll) was a bit high when compared to other options in the Seattle Area. The turnaround time (~two weeks) is a bit longer than other places. This might have been since they were really busy during the time I came in. I would recommend calling first and asking how long the current turnaround time is. Besides this, the staff was professional, and my photos did finish before the expected date.

STOP! Your search is over. I tried four other companies before I found Panda Lab and if I could go back in time and save myself the trouble, frustration, and money I would in a heartbeat. Not a single one could do what Jessica and her team did with my work. Images were gorgeous and process was a dream. Every time I send an email with a question their responses are super fast. Staff is friendly and most if not all are photographers so you know the people on the other end treat your work they way they would treat their own. I send all my friends here.

Dropped off a couple of rolls for development... Spoke to Chris who was very helpful. Had a great conversation with him on films and cameras... Looking forward to the results of the film. Will write a more detailed review once I get the film
