It's an excellent store. However, their Point Of Sale system was down today, making it difficult for the tender to help the customers. Even so, the dude had a good attitude and the Q'z Quarterz were still on point.

I bought one of the $35 quarters today on my way back south to home. It was not well trimmed, dry, and tasted like awful. Very harsh and horrible. I hoped it would be decent quality, but it wasn’t. Budtenders were friendly and all, but the quality of product I bought was horrible and a waste of $35. Maybe it can be salvaged and turned into cooking butter or something. Very disappointing.

I felt compelled to review because I’ve been to many Eugene dispensaries and this one is missing the mark. It’s long :) Parking here was a gamble. There’s a huge sign saying weed sold here and it’s hard for those of us who are teachers or community representative. The selection was slim. It doesn’t have the variety that every other store has. I can understand if you’re a boutique but the selection they do have is low quality and spotty and old. The prices seem high for what they’re offering. Stuff that I’ve seen at other stores for 3-4 a gram are 10-12. The flower wasn’t much to look at. The only strain I was interested in was the leopard and they tried to get a crazy 20 a gram!? Over priced joints too. I like dabs and there was nothing for me here. Brown for 19 a gram and the rest were 45-60 a gram. There’s so much out there. Why do you only have a few choices? They open early and I went in before work. I like the environment. There’s a mom and pop shop feel. Groovy music and free coffee. There was one budtender in there. Nice smile and mellow. He was genuine when he asked how my morning was going. Great customer service. Three stars. Two for customer service, one for the the store. Get more and better. I will be frequenting other places with better selection. Hope it helps.
