You cannot say no to the location of these condominiums. This place is super quiet with a lot of very respectful neighbors. this is a great place to live.

The community is quiet and well taken care of, the parking spots are assigned for the units. Rarely enough parking as only one spot per unit is available.

The lawsuit isn't against the Association. The HOA is in litigation with the Kline Construction Group over the Seawall that they repaired (supposedly). There are parts of the Seawall that is leaning into the canal. The HOA wants the Construction Group to repair the wall where they fell short. This is why they are in litigation.
Unfortunately not, in order to swim here you must either be a resident or a guest.
Prices at the Palm Club vary as owners list their own condos.
