Your employee gets 5 stars he was amazing but no ice machine, the grill was down, warm flat pop and he was out of large paper bags. It’s not just the customers you’re upsetting, I couldn’t imagine the stress your putting on your employees. I noticed there was a hiring sign up, who would want to work for a place that is having so many issues. If you go back 7 months ago they were having the same issues. Why even have this location open with the grill down?

They're never open late. They give attitude over the intercom. I understand being understaffed and over worked. I'm sympathetic to all that. They close at like 8 sometimes. Dont rely on them being open late.

Been here a bunch of times. They are always quick and tastes good. Order is accurate like 98% of the time which is way better than other fast food spots

They always have something going wrong and I don't know how many times I've been given outdated sour cream. They won't even answer their phone so I can tell them that their sour cream is once again bad. And over 10 days bad..
