Food is mediocre; the ice cream treats are what brings the crowds. Do not use the bathroom at this location, as it is filthy and unsanitary to say the least.

Showed up at 7:13pm.... The doors were unlocked... Went to the counter to order... But was told they couldn't take my order because they had too many cars in drive thru. Maybe they were short- staffed? Would make sense to lock your doors if that's the case. The saving grace was that the drive thru customer service was awesome. Had to wait a bit but that helped.

I have been going to this DQ as a stop between Portland and Salem for a long time. They make a good blizzard and other ice cream treats. I find the staff to be professional and kind. There are a lot of variables out there. People can get crazy sometimes. I've seen the staff at this location do a good job with unpleasant customers. Well done.
