Service was good and so was the Mozzarella sticks other than that the rest of our meal was just sad. First order we got had a hair on it so it got sent back then the “new” order was cold and the third time didn’t have enough sauce and was dry . The wings came out before the appetizer did and even though we asked for carrots and celery we didn’t get those until we requested them again. I had higher hopes because we’ve been to one of these in a different location but no save your money . 😞

We did a mobile order today and went to go pick it up, when we got there to pick up our order, the manager came out and was very rude and told us that someone already picked up our order, and she had to redo it. Now I understand with everything going on recently that they may be getting over worked and what not and I don’t expect them to be in a very good mood, but that was absolutely not our fault. Buffalo Wild Wings should’ve confirmed that the person picking up the food was the right person. Had the manager not given us attitude I would’ve not mind at all, we’re all human and we make mistakes no biggie. But cmon now, don’t be mad at a mistake YOU made. I would’ve given one star but I understand that they have long days and what not.

This place has amazing staff, everyone I dealt with from ordering on the phone to going in and picking up our food was so awesome! The lady taking my order on the phone was super nice and easy to talk to and didnt rush me through ordering my food. She made sure to tell me all my options and tell me about the items that were on the happy hour menu. This was my first time eating here and I would highly recommend! The food is also good and good proportion sizes!

This is the worst location for orders being correct. A couple months ago we ordered food to go and brought it home and they didn't give is any wings, I called the manager said they'd refund me, that never happened. Accidents happen, I figured it was a one time thing. We ordered food tonight and nothing on my order was correct, things were added that werent asked for, my traditional wings were boneless. There were 2 orders of nachos they had 1 jalapeno and chicken that I didn't ask for but nothing else- they were supposed to have chili, and there's not even queso or salsa on them. I didn't get any dipping sauces or celery. You call the store and it just rings. This restaurant isn't cheap, I paid for things my kids won't eat. Our fault for trusting our order would be correct and not checking in the parking lot. This place used to be good, now it's terrible.
