Manager at front desk was friendly and quick. I would have left 5 stars but the vehicle i was given had some questionable stains on the interior and had a funky smell. The windows had a wierd film all over them.

I have used enterprise multiple times. This was my first experience in Oregon at the Clackamas branch. I am not much of a complainer but THEY ARE NOT CLEANING vehicles after people rent them. I could list some more complaints but that is the worst especially during COVID. We rented a vehicle with puke all down the seat. Accidentally forgot my garage door in the vehicle and went back to get it and they had re rented the vehicle...of course not cleaning in or else they would have had my garage opener. gross

The environment of the Clackamas branch felt like they were going out of business. The employees seemed lost and under-trained. The staff was immature and unprofessional when addressing what I felt like were common and easy questions about car rental.
