i have never been upset with Hood Rivers papa Murphy Pizza serves tell today we ordered today first we asked for a large cowboy second the new outlaw pizza now the problem we handed the girl are coupon that says you can have a 5 topping pizza for $10 dollars you can buy up to 5 pizzas the outlaw pizza has 4 toppings on it we asked for extra meat and we were told that it cost more because the meat is expensive got home and there was hardly any meat on are pizza so they didn't honor are coupon and charged us extra money.

The workers are so cold and unfriendly. It took all their might to mutter a hello when I came in. They also have the music up too loud. It’s a pizza place NOT a dance club. I know some stores have the music up loud to encourage customers not to hang around in the store but there is no need to have it like that at a pizza place.

My family was regulars, got pizza almost once a week. My last two pizzas were very wrong and my husband couldn't eat them at all, and instead of honoring the coupon I brought in for the third pizza and third try for you guys, you would not honor it nor would you give me any discounts for the two pizzas you made wrong before. This is how you let your customers know you do NOT care. As a result I'm leaving a bad review and taking my money somewhere else. Simply honoring your own coupon would have stopped this.

Excellent service every time. They even recognize me now. They have won my loyalty. I tried to cheat and order Dominos two weeks ago recieved the worst customer service of my life. Thanks for setting the bar so high.
