Poor leadership and customer service. The manager refused to open another line after a customer tried to purchase something with an incorrect barcode. 3 employees at the front and a 20min line. New management needed.

I don't usually carry big bills , but after my experience at Rite Aid Hood River,Or. I just have to let people know what happend. Im a little embarrassed to say that while shopping I dropped a $100 bill on the floor. After returning home I turned my apartment inside out looking for it, I decided that the only place I could have dropped it was at Rite Aid. I called the next morning and explained what happened to the nice lady that answered my call. To my amazement she said that she had it right there in the office and to come by and pick it up. I felt the tears well up in my eyes thinking about that amazing person who turned in a $100 bill. Come to find out it was a young man who was working at the time. I found out his name was Ben. After picking up the money I left Ben a reward for his honesty. I will always be a fan of Rite Aid after my experience there. Great , honest, hard working people. Thank you all. Cheers! Tim

Good and not so good I can say rite aid is one of my favorite places to shop for home supplies I can visit this place twice per month I don’t know if I can say the same after today I purchase a perfume about 3 weeks ago it was my Firth time trying there perfumes I was really happy since.i got it 10 dollars less than regular price to be specific dulce and gabana the ligth blue my surprise after trying few times I find out is more alcohol than fragrance by comparing the original to this one ,I never thought I will need to return I dint save box and mist place my receipt I went in and explain that to rick the manager in Charge today and he said he can only give me 10% of what I pay very dessapoint never will buy there perfumes again I hope I can find my ticket to return this bottle of alcohol that cost me $40
