Walked in , wasn’t one word said to my family and I. Made our way up to the counter and the girl just looked at us and put in our order , we later find out dine in is closed and no signs posted so we had to eat in our car after being In it for 4 hours. They were rude , and just carried on with their small talk as if there weren’t customers trying to order. Then after everything they forgot a few things that we ordered.

We stopped for some ice cream cones. It wasn't crowded but we went through the drive-thru. Our order came up quickly. The only things that could have made it better was if the ice cream was frozen better. It melted quickly. Also if the staff had been more friendly. The lot was clean and from what we could see so was the restaurant. We feel like we can recommend this place.

It was absolutely amazing. The evening shift got all of our orders right.. even helped us out and numbered our sandwiches for us. Even though we came through with a challenge of a huge order. They were awesome

Horrible customer service placed a mobile order that was missing chicken and then when called to let them know they argued with me and stated they remember putting the chicken in….. and basically accused me of lying. Long time hood river resident and customer of Dairy Queen and will never be returning to this establishment! Definitely should train Denise on her customer service skills.
